On the Brammelerdwarsstraat in the heart of Enschede, we are realizing 36 unique urban loft houses, right next to the station square. The project is more than just a new residential building: it strengthens the cohesion between the existing cultural-historical environment and the new urban elements in the area. This very combination creates character, stratification and lasting value for the city. In collaboration with our partner Ska-pa and other involved parties, a modern residential location is being created that perfectly matches the dynamics of the inner city. Thanks to its central location, a stone's throw from the station and center, this will be a place where urban living and comfort come together.
